Meditation is a simple yet powerful skill to learn at any age! Once one has an awareness of meditation, how it benefits them, and the desire to apply it they can connect to it at any time or any place. For no tools are required, just the willingness to practice and be in a meditative state. Children can use meditation to enhance their childhood in many ways; for example developing a greater ability to focus, quieting the mind, gaining self-awareness, relaxing, fostering creativity or just being children.
We will be exploring many forms of meditation and ways to embrace them into your life. Learning meditation is a wonderful and beautiful skill to receive. All of our classes will be unique and different. The more one is exposed to meditation the greater the integration.
